Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you ample time from the date you receive your item to request a return, whether your purchase was made online or at one of our pop-up events.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Initiating a Return

To begin the return process, please reach out to us at yeahgurlboutique@gmail.com. Keep in mind that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll notify you of your return status. If approved, you'll receive a store credit in the form of an e-gift card. Please note: we do not issue refunds to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues

We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days so we can promptly make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable and considered final sale:

  • Sale/clearance items
  • Earrings & hair accessories
  • Undergarments
  • Candles, perfume, and cologne
  • Personal care items (e.g., chapstick, lotions)
