We want you living in everything you order. Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange. Sale items and intimates are final sale.

We totally get it — we change our minds too! But once an order is placed we’re unable to alter or cancel it. If it doesn’t work out, exchange it or return it for store credit.

For the most part, YES — true to size unless the description says otherwise. Fit varies by style, so we call out anything that runs small or oversized right in the product details. When in doubt, size up.

Our pieces sell fast and some are one-time only, so we can’t always promise a restock. Your best bet: on the product page, pick your size and hit “Notify me when it’s back” — you’ll get an email the moment it returns.

Most of the time, no — sale and clearance pieces are usually final, so once they’re gone they’re gone. Every once in a while a favorite makes a comeback though, so add your size and email on the product page to catch a restock if it happens.

Real cowhide is a natural material — every hide has its own pattern, color, and markings, so no two are exactly alike. Yours is genuinely one of a kind. That’s the whole point. 🐄

Because they’re personal-care items, fragrances are final sale — but if you’re torn between scents, message us before you buy and we’ll help you pick.
